Berkshire Hathaway offers paid internship opportunities to college students studying accounting, finance, marketing, information technology, law, and other areas of study.

Most positions require students to currently be sophomores, juniors or seniors; they must be enrolled in an accredited college or university in the U.S. Interns will work anywhere from 15-20 up to 40 hours a week during the internship. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft office programs and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Interns will receive hands-on training and mentoring throughout their internship. They will find opportunities to utilize their knowledge and skills in a professional, insurance and financial services-related organization, make valuable contacts, and view other career options.
