Crime Museum Internships
Crime Museum Internships offer a very unique experience for high school and college students interested in law enforcement. Preference is given to students who live in Washington, D.C.
The internship teaches students about the nation's crime and law enforcement history. Interns will be involved in many projects at the museum and must be able to manage several projects at the same time. English and writing skills may be required.
The Crime Museum opened in 2008 and features museum and interactive exhibits. Exhibits include serial killer Ted Bundy's car, showcases of famous criminals throughout history, a jail cell, lie detector, and workshops on forensic science technology.
The purpose of the Crime Museum is to honor the work of law enforcement officials and to educate the public about the nation’s history of crime and its consequences. It offers a unique insight into law enforcement, forensic science, and crime scene investigation.
