KONE All-Expenses Paid Internship Abroad is open to current college students who are halfway through their schooling. Internships are offered in business, law, information technology, engineering, and other disciplines.
Eligible students may also need specific language skills, depending on the country that is hosting their internship. Recipients begin with the KONE International Trainee Program (ITP) that helps them become acquainted with KONE as a global company. Those accepted into the program will receive a trainee salary, and their round-trip travel costs to the host country will be covered.
Internships last from three to six months, and usually begin between April and June. Internship positions are posted in early January; students may apply for two positions. To apply, they must complete the online form and enclose an application letter, CV and a current study transcript in English.
