The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center’s Internship Challenge
The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center’s Internship Challenge is open to students who are attending a 2-year, 4-year college, university or community college, as well as students pursuing a Master's Degree program. Internships are paid.
Undergraduate students applying must have completed at least their sophomore year of school. Internships take place between May 1st and April 30th with life sciences companies across the state. Eligible students must be either attending a school located in Massachusetts, or be a Massachusetts resident attending a school outside Massachusetts.
Students may choose the location in which they would prefer to work. Life sciences companies offering internships are located in Bristol County, Cape Cod, Franklin/Hampshire County, Central Massachusetts, Lowell, New Bedford, Boston, Springfield, Worcester, Western Massachusetts, and Lower Merrimack Valley. Internships are available throughout the year. Both full-time and part-time internships are offered.
The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center develops and offers creative programs that drive economic development initiatives in the Massachusetts life sciences ecosystem. Their goal is to strengthen and protect Massachusetts’ global leadership position in life sciences by investing in student life sciences education and other initiatives.
