MK3 Internships are open to current college students as well as students who have graduated from college within the last year. Candidates must be between 19-27 years old and have a desire to travel and an interest in the hospitality industry.

Summer internships are offered in administrative areas, including Public Relations, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Events & Weddings, and Human Resources. Internships are also available in Food & Beverage, Chef, Customer Service, Animation, and Front Desk.
Summer internships are a minimum of 3 months and include meals and housing, training and mentoring, and professional development. Eligible students may choose destinations such as Cancun, Mexico, Spain, Dubai, UAE and Middle East. Interns will work for top companies and learn from experienced and international professionals.
