Publix Internships are available throughout many departments for college students wanting to get a real-world summer internship experience. Internships are paid.

Summer internships last 10 to 12 weeks, between May and August, at company facilities in Lakeland, FL, and include pay. Interns gain valuable hands-on experience, work on challenging projects, and network with professionals to develop valuable skills beyond what they can learn in a classroom setting. Interns receive competitive pay and work 40 hours per week. The company has an arrangement with Florida Southern College to provide housing for out-of-town interns.
