The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Spring 2024 Intern that will work as a team member of the North America Commercial Planning team. This role supports the Commercial Capabilities efforts to manage and execute the roll out of Commercial capabilities strategy. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Commercial Senior Manager to identify, develop and implement change management activities to implement the roll out of personas and learning journeys . Key Responsibilities: Learning Strategy (30%): Support the strategy execution activities of Commercial Learning Journeys and persona including but not limited to; executing stakeholder communications, leveraging internal LMS (learning management system) to access learning content, build PowerPoint presentations to build supporting other “roll out” activities , etc. Commercial Process Stewardship (10%): Support the maintenance and enhancement of commercial processes. Develop standard templates to streamline processes and ensure consistency. Cross-Functional Partnership (10%): Assist cross-functional partners with the preparation and execution of key milestones, including bottler packet creation and distribution. Communication Planning & Execution (20%): Work towards streamlining and automating processes and communications related to our key initiatives. Content Management (30%): Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage and Coordinate with the tools team to integrate this key communication into our commercial tools and platforms. Qualifications : Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Management or related field. Candidate must not graduate before April 2024. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, results-driven, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
