Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper is hiring an Imaging Student Extern to assist registered imaging technologists in various imaging tasks, including patient positioning for X-Ray exams, ensuring equipment functionality, and maintaining clean work areas. The extern will also prepare documentation regarding patient histories in radiology and should be a full-time student from an accredited Radiologic Technology school. Familiarity with PACS digital imaging systems is beneficial. BLS certification is mandatory. The center adheres to inclusive employment practices and provides accommodations for those with disabilities.
