This job is for a Press Operator Apprentice in a manufacturing setting. The apprentice will be trained to set up, operate, and maintain rotary presses, with a focus on product quality and safety. The apprenticeship is expected to last 14-24 months, after which the associate can become a Conversion Operator I. Responsibilities include running basic jobs, conducting quality inspections, adhering to safety protocols, and contributing to production goals. The ideal candidate should have a high school education, basic print interpretation skills, proficiency in PC applications, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
