Year Up offers an intensive job training program for young adults, providing hands-on training, corporate access, work immersion, and support. Participants receive an educational stipend and undergo three months of part-time virtual skills training. They then have a four-month full-time work experience with top companies in the Philadelphia area. Eligibility criteria include being 18-29 years old, a high school graduate or GED recipient, and eligible to work in the U.S. The program offers professional and technical skills, resume building, and ongoing support, with graduates typically finding employment with an average starting salary of $52,000 per year.
