Participants receive an educational stipend and gain access to technical and professional training. Eligible candidates should be 18-29 years old, high school graduates or GED recipients, eligible to work in the U.S., and available Monday-Friday. The program includes in-depth classes like Business Fundamentals, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Investment Operations, and Banking & Customer Success, with graduates typically earning an average starting salary of $52,000 per year.
