Paid registered nurse apprenticeship program at Tidelands Health offers hands-on clinical learning, compassion emphasis, and integration into Tidelands Health culture. Students, in their senior year of a bachelor of science in nursing or completing the first three semesters of an associate of science in nursing program, work a maximum of 16 hours monthly on medical/surgical units alongside experienced RN preceptors. Incentives like sign-on bonuses and education assistance available for newly licensed participants who join Tidelands Health as registered nurses.
