This job involves preparing, handling, and supplying materials for other crafts, with a base compensation range of $20.15 to $43.97 per hour, plus mobility benefits. Team members are expected to embody leadership principles, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, layout, cleanup, and debris clearing, with a focus on teamwork, positive attitude, and detail orientation. Candidates should have at least two years of solar experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs with assistance.
