NEIWPCC Internships

NEIWPCC Internships are available to college students interested in working in an outdoor environment and learning about water quality and safety. Interns will work as Lake Champlain Boat Launch Stewards from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Lake Champlain is a natural freshwater lake in North America, mainly within the borders of the states of Vermont and New York. Summer internship interns will be responsible for greeting visitors to Lake Champlain, gather lake-user information and even be trained to conduct vessel inspections. Interns work eight-hour days for approximately thirty-two hours per week at select boat launches around Lake Champlain.

PwC's Advance, Internship Experience is offered by one of the top accounting firms in the country, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. It offers paid internships to college sophomores, juniors, and seniors, graduate students, business school students, and law school students. PwC has two internship programs available, Start and Advance. The Start program gives interns an introduction to the company and allows them to further develop the skills necessary for success in their careers. Start interns will be given assignments within the Internal Firm Services Group, which includes Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Information Technology and others. Interns who complete the Start program will be able to move on to internships in Assurance, Tax, or Advisory.

Students will work an average of 15-20 hours a week. Some internships are paid and others are for college credit.
